Yes, this is possible. During 14 days from the moment of delivery and/or the conclusion of the agreement, you have the right to decide not to keep the goods. In such a case, you can return your order without penalty and without giving any reason.
Shipping costs are not refundable by Onebo Cosmetics, you as a customer have to pay these yourself. You can request a return label via DPD.
Returned goods must not have been used.
